Returns and Exchanges Policy FAQ

 

What items are returnable?(eligible for returns)  

  • 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
  •  Any unused and unworn items, or defective items. (You may try items on. Items on for a prolonged period of time is considered worn.)
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  

What items and exceptions are non-refundable?  

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes but is not limited to custom products, (such as special orders or personalized items), worn/tried on productsand personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
  • Gift cards. 
  • Discounted items (if applicable).  

Damage, loss, or theft issues  

  • By selecting Route shipping protection at checkout, your order will be protected from loss, damage, or theft. If Route is deselected on your order, Socktops is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, we allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you. 

Refund Options  

  • Refund to original payment method.
  • Refund to your shopify store credit.

How soon will I get my refund?  

  • After your return has been processed, you will receive a refund notice from us and it will take an additional 1-3 business days for the refund to be returned to your original payment method. The refund to the store credit is immediate.
